New tutorial at StampARTic

Two new cards from me, and this time my cards are based on a tutorial that Inger has made. You can find the tutorial at StampARTic this week, and you can find it here! The technique is a glue resist technique, and it's so easy and fun to do. You just have to try it :-)

A new challenge on StampARTic...

...and that is "make a card with theme flowers". I made this card with fluid acrylic paint, crylon pen, magic tape and perfect pearls. A fun way to play, and lots of "connie-techniques" :-) Hope you like my card, and that you will join the challenge at StampARTic. You can find the challenge here!

...og utfordringen går ut på å lage et kort med tema "blomster". Her har jeg lekt meg skikkelig med litt sånne "connie-teknikker", og jeg har brukt alt fra flytende akrylmaling til krylon pen, magic tape og perfect pearls. Dette kortet var utrolig morsomt å lage! Isn't he adorable??? This is my nephew, and his name is Sebastian. He is the center of our family, and are the best kid in the whole world - at least for auntie Connie :-) Anyway, there is a
contest going online right now and we just had to make a contribution with this photo that my brother has taken. Are you intressted in voting for him? Vote is "stem" in norwegian, and you can just push the heart... you can vote 1 time pr day :-)

Er ikke denne gutten helt skjønn, eller??? Dette er tantebarnet mitt Sebastian, og han er jo bare familiens øyesten. Han er verdens skjønneste, det syns iallefall tante Connie :-) Vi har meldt han på konkurransen "Lano-ungen 2010", og jeg ønsker stemmer.... Smiske smiske!!! Man kan stemme 1 gang pr dag pr barn, og vi har såååå lyst til å vinne Telemark-avstemmingen :-)

Sketch Challenge at StampARTic

Here's my card for the challenge at StampARTic this month. The background is made on wall covering with acrylic paints, and I have also added gold leaf. The owl is made of UTEE, and the main motive is made with gluepad and gold leaf. Hope you like it :-)

Her er kortet som jeg har laget til denne månedens skisse på StampARTic. Bakgrunnen er laget av veggtapet og akrylmaling, og jeg har også brukt bladgull. Uglen er laget med UTEE, og motivet er stemplet med gluepad og bladgull. Håper du liker kortet mitt :-)

Mixed Media Monday - A tribute to flowers!

Today's theme at Mixed Media Monday is "floral tribute", and here's my contribution. It's taken a while since last time I made something for these challenges, but hopefully I will get more time during the sommer :-) This time I made a collage picture to a lady that has helped me a lot the last week...!

Dagens tema i Mixed Media Monday-blogen er "hyllest til blomstene", og her er mitt bidrag. Det har gått en laaaaang stund siden sist jeg var med på disse utfordringene, men håper at jeg vil få litt mer tid til dette i sommer :-) Her har jeg laget et collage bilde til ei herlig dame som har hjulpet meg masse den siste uken...!
