A colorful tag!

One of many tags that I have made this weekend! Have been playing with my creative side and finally made something with all my Dylusions stamps. I am addicted to Dylusions stamps, and I admit it :-) Love them!!!

This background is made with Dylusions spray and Distress Stains, and you do not want to see my hands right now... Colorful hands are one of the things I have to have when you have this kind of passion!

En av mange tager som har blitt til i helgen! Jeg har lekt meg kreativt med Dylusions stempler og sprayer. Og jeg må si at jeg er totalt hekta på disse stemplene! Bakgrunnen er laget med sprayene fra Dylusions og Distress Stain, og du skulle bare sett hendene mine akkurat nå... Ja ja, fargerike hender er vel bare noe man må ha når man har en lidenskap som dette :-)

A new year is beginning, and an old one is almost gone! I have had a hard year in 2011, since I lost my father and struggling to get back to life! I face another year without him, but I know that he wants me to embrace life and go on! I have the good memories in my heart, and I will catch each day as it is! Exiting things are going to happen in 2012, and I will enjoy them and enjoy all my friends!

So, to all my friends out there...

I could not have manage this without you,
and I am so lucky to have you in my life
& to call you my friends!

I wish you all the best in 2012,
and I wish that all your dreams come true!

StampARTic article - CHRISTMAS TAGS

Christmas tag no. 1

Christmas tag no. 2

My Christmas tags that was presented in the StampARTic article yesterday. I have used to different techniques on these tags, but from the same manifacture - Distress inks from Tim Holtz & Ranger.

Christmas tag no. 1 is made with Distress Stains and water, additional to metallic rub-ons and Glossy Accent. And, on Christmas tag no. 2 I have used ink pads and water on a none-stick mat, additional to Rock Candy Crackle paint and gold rub-ons. Both tags has stamps from Inkadinkado, that comes in double pack and are awesome! I bought them at HOBBYKUNST, and you can find them here!

Steampunk theme at StampARTic

Fun challenge at StampARTic, where we challenge YOU to make a Steampunk card. I made these to project for the challenge, a card with my new Steampunk stamps and a tag with a digistamp from Octopode Factory. Gears is from Vintaj, Tim Holtz and some others :-)

Morsom utfordring hos StampARTic, der vi utfordrer DEG til å lage et Steampunk kort. Jeg har laget disse to prosjektene til utfordringen, og jeg har brukt stæsj fra Vintaj, Tim Holtz og andre. Motivet på tagen er fra the Octopode Factory, og motivene på kortet er fra noen australske stempler som jeg har kjøpt hos Stoff Import.

How I have made my card and tag....

I made the background on the card with Tim Holtz tape and Distress Stain. Easy and very fun to make. The gears is glued with Glue n' seal from Ranger, and I have used a lot of metallic rub-ons to get the effect I wanted. Around the egdes I have used the punch from EK that I call the "cheesy punch", and I have to say that this has to be my favorite one. Love it!

On the tag I have also used Distress Stain and water. Motive is colored with Copics and Stickles, and the gears are glued on with Glue n' Seal from Ranger. I have also added metallic rub-ons on it :-)

Still alive and too busy to be creative...

...but, hopefully everything will came down now! And, I can enjoy a lot of blogs and creative projects out there again :-) I am so sorry for not being a active blogger the last 4 month, and hope that I haven't lost all my blogger-friends :-)

Anyway, I am starting to be creative again, and this tag is my first real artsy project in a while. I have used a lot of mediums on it, and played with colors, different structures and of course bling :-) Hope you like it, and that you will leave a comment for me :-)

...men nå roer det seg forhåpentligvis litt ned! Butikken i Vestby er oppe å går, og vi er over åpningsdagene. Så nå har jeg igjen tid til å titte litt rundt i blogg-verden og legge igjen noen kommentarer her og der. Håper ikke jeg har mistet alle mine blogg-venner :-)

Uansett, så har jeg startet på min kreative ferd igjen og jeg har kost meg skikkelig. Her er mitt første skikkelige artsy prosjekt på lenge, og jeg har lekt meg med forskjellige medium, farger og ikke minst bling. Håper dere liker tagen min, og at dere legger igjen en liten hilsen :-)

Tags for Christmas presents

Back in Oslo, and on Norwegian time again :-) Had a very nice trip to New Orleans, and I miss it already. Not to cool to leave 25 degrees, and come home to -10.

Anyway, I had my day of fun on StampARTic yesterday and wanted to show you how I do my Christmas tags. Easy to make, and it takes about 10 minute each - great or what? Especially, if you have busy days before Christmas :-) I do, and it seems to be that the days and hours get shorter...hmmm :-)

Tilbake i Oslo, og tilbake på norsk tid! Jeg hadde en utrolig flott tur til New Orleans, og jeg savner ferie allerede. Og så var det jo ikke så veldig festlig å dra fra 25 varmegrader, og komme hjem til -10.

Uansett, så er jeg tilbake i kreativ modus og jeg hadde "my day of fun" på StampARTic i går. Der ville jeg vise frem juletagene mine som jeg pleier å gi bort til jul. De er enkle å lage, og det tar bare 10 minutter å lage. Topp for oss som har litt dårlig tid før jul, og jeg syns virkelig at både dager og timer er så mye kortere før jul... Har du det på den måten også, eller?

Halloween is around the corner...

...and here's another Halloween project from me :-) This time I have been playing with tags, and I ended up with products as distress ink, glossy accent and hotfix assessorises. I have designed the tree for Kreativ Hobby, and the cat is from Stampotique's design :-)

...og denne gangen ble leken til en tag i Halloween stil :-) Jeg har lekt meg med distress blekk, glossy accent og hotfix'en. Treet har jeg designet for Kreativ Hobby, og katten er fra Stampotiques stempel design :-)

Wednesday Stamper....

Litt i seneste laget å levere inn til sist onsdags utfordring på Wednesday Stamper, men jeg gjør det allikevel! Temaet var "fargerik", og jeg bare måtte lage en fargerik tag...

Pretty late, but still an entry to Wednesday Stamper this week! The theme was "colorful", and I just had to make a colorful tag...

TGI Friday Challenge

Dagens tema på TGI Friday is "paraplyer", og jeg har ett eneste stempel med en paraply! Det er det Tim Holtz som har laget, og jeg bare elsker det stempelet!!

Today's theme at TGI Friday is "umbrella's", and I have ONE rubberstamp with an umbrella :-) That rubberstamp is from Tim Holtz, and I love it!!

TGI Friday Challenge & Easter Hunt

Kombinerer to utfordringer igjen, og denne gangen TGI Friday og Påskejakten. Jeg ble bare så glad da jeg så dagens tema på TGIF "Zettiology"!! Et favorittema!! Jeg har brukt stempler fra Teesha Moore og Tim Holtz, og fraser fra Lisa's Altered Art. Tagen jeg har brukt i dag er 10,5x21,5 cm :-)

Combinding two challenges ones more, and this time it's TGI Friday and Easter Hunt. I just love the theme at TGIF today "Zettiology"!! I have used stamps from Teesha Moore and Tim Holtz, and words from Lisa's Altered Art! Tag I have made is 10,5x21,5cm :-)

Crazy Amigo Challenge & Easter Hunt

Gårsdagens tema på Crazy Amigo er Tim Holtz, og denne passer perfekt sammen med onsdagens påskejakt utfordring! Så, da lagde jeg liksegodt 3 tag'er som jeg hadde det kjempe morsomt med å lage :-)

Yesterday's topic at Crazy Amigo Challenge was Tim Holtz, and this challenge is perfect together with the Easter Hunt challenge today. I have made 3 tags, and I had so much fun making them :-)
